Alberto is the co-founder and CTO of Tough Day. He is a serial entrepreneur and technology leader who has founded and scaled several startups, including Sojo Studios, a social good-focused gaming company acquired by Zynga. As co-lead of Cornell Tech’s Startup Studio, Alberto also coaches the next generation of founders as they launch their own startups.
Jill is the Chief Work Officer at Tough Day, responsible for accelerating customer outcomes, scaling adoption, and designing the ideal employee experience enabled by our AI. Prior to Tough Day, she was SVP, Employee Engagement, Communications, and Employer Brand at Salesforce, head of product management at a startup, and a marketing leader at Robert Half in the US & APAC. Jill is also Board President of Dress for Success San Francisco & San Jose.
