How Tuffy Works
Employers onboard and customize Tuffy with any content they’d use to onboard a new employee — things like vision, values, strategy, brand, policies, and processes.
Employers encourage employees to sign up for Tough Day with an email campaign. Managers and HR reinforce that Tuffy is the first stop for their team.
Employees create a personal profile with their personal email on their personal device to protect their confidentiality and data.
Employees chat with Tuffy via text. Tuffy will seek to understand employees' requests, share advice, and even take actions based on employees requests.
The more employees chat with Tuffy, the smarter Tuffy gets, and the more personalized and contextualized Tuffy’s guidance gets. Employees supplement Tuffy’s knowledge by uploading documents– such as performance reviews– to their personal “vault”.
Employers never have access to any conversation or personal data on Tough Day. Employers may monitor a dashboard to understand general adoption, helpfulness, and anonymized trending topics to inform workplace innovation efforts.
